Always include alt text on images
Use title text for links (especially if the links to not have any text describing the destination) as well as iframes
Make sure that any text on the site passes a color contrast check
Remove tabindexes greater than 0
Ensure accordions (such as FAQs) are marked up correctly
Make sure buttons are accessible
